Being Born Again

Being Born Again

Jesus said "No man can enter into the Kingdom of God unless he is Born Again".  John 3:5,7 (Ye must be born again. ) John 3:7

We all know that we on a specific day had a physical birth, and till this day are yet alive. You are alive, if you do not believe it, take one of your toes (on your feet), or your thumb and bite it hard. If it hurts, you are still alive : ) !

Rejoice ! you still have the opportunity to enter into Eternal Life. All humans die one day, its inevitable. The question is where would you go when you die, would it be Heaven or Hell, in the presence of God or  cut off from Him? Would you live your present life in His presence where there is Fullness of Joy, or would you rather spend the rest of your life in sin and remorse
Choose life.

We all have sinned and would continue to in some way or form, but God sanctifies us progressively conforming us to the image of His Son. Since we were little children, we decided to lie to get something or avoid punishment, the world invested into us insecurities, lies, and corruption. If you think you have never done anything wrong, then stop reading this page, bite your thumb again, then start over. The point of biting the thumb is: This body was made to perish, but our soul lives forever, it is eternal, so is Heaven and Hell. The choice you make today, will echo in eternity.

Consider these verses which give concise though accurate and precise definitions that might help you understand:

a) 1 John 1:5 (God's nature and Character)
King James Version (KJV)
God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.

b) Romans 3:23 (Our state of sin and how God sees it)
King James Version (KJV)
 23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

c) Isaiah 64:6 (Our conceited state of righteousness and how God sees it)
King James Version (KJV)
6But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

d) Romans 6:23 (The result)
King James Version (KJV)
23For the wages of sin is death i.e. of a spiritual nature, which translates into our soul being separated or being disconnected from the eternal mind of God, who created us, and the entire universe.

e) Amos 3:3 (Why the separation)
King James Version (KJV)
3Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Just like oil and water do not mix, so does the light and darkness, can not mix, but light dispels darkness, and that's why light exists.

f) John 3:16 (Gods provision)
King James Version (KJV)
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Why born again?
g) John 3:5
King James Version (KJV)
5Jesus answered.... Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

How to be Born again ?
h) Hebrews 9:22
King James Version (KJV)
22And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

Jesus Christ paid the price. He shed his blood as a perfect sacrifice for our sins.

All we have to do is, receive the free gift of salvation.

i) Romans 10:13 (So we call upon the name of Jesus, and accept Him blood as the perfect covering and sacrifice)
King James Version (KJV)
13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

j) Hebrews 11:6 (We believe)
King James Version (KJV)
6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Say this simple prayer to be born again and you will receive the Holy Spirit from God which is promised in John 14.

k) John 14 ( We receive by faith)
16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

This is the new birth, the new spirit through which you become born again. The Holy Spirit seals you, the bible promises that once you have received Christ, He will never leave you nor forsake you. This bridges the gap between God and man, and brings us back into the presence of God, now and forever, God sees the blood and Christ, and your sins are forgiven forever.

Say this prayer to be born again, meditate on the words so that you mix faith and truly  believe as you speak these to God:

God I know that I am a sinner, there is nothing good in me, I repent of my sinful life,

You are Holy God, and I want to to be holy but am unable to do anything about it, save me, today I receive Jesus Christ as my savior, save me from spiritual death, save me from eternal death, I choose eternal life in Christ.

I receive the blood of Jesus as the perfect sacrifice for all my sins. Cleanse me of all unrighteousness, purge my conscience from sin, heal me and deliver me. In Jesus name I pray, Amen."

If you have said the prayer above, share your testimony with us. We would like to hear from you through this blog. We may be able to guide you in the next steps you could take to understand and enjoy this new life you have received. If you have questions, then pray God will reveal the answers to you, and the best place to look for the answers is the BIBLE.
